How many servings do I get out of one package of tea?
Because each belnd or tea weighs differently, each tea’s total weight in the bag will vary from different blends. On average, 2.2g of tea per serving is recommended; however, please follow instructions within the tea tin for specific measurements ~ and of course, allow your palate to be your guide. Most teas can be infused subsequent times.
If I am not 100% satisfied with the product, may I return it for a full refund?
Absolutely! Our policy is that if you are not 100% satisfied, simply return the product (shipping is customers responsibility) within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please contact customerservice@westcoastspecialties.com to discuss in further detail.
How does the tea come packaged?
We value the freshness and quality of the tea we provide, and therefore package it in a beautiful sealed foiled bag. Upon request, you can choose to have a black double sealed tin at the cost of $2.00 each. Each tea will have a different weight due to the size of the bag.
